It's not what you might think...it's an open letter from Joe Born the CEO of Neuros Technology International, LLC to Congress regarding HR 4569, the Digital Transition Content Security Act.
Joe provides a handful of good arguments on how accessibility, not limits, provide more benefits for all--consumers and content creators/licensors alike.
If only they'd listen, but vendors like Joe don't have the deep pockets that big-Media does.
