New Season of The Sopranos

This weekend HBO has been advertising the next season of The Sopranos.
I can appreciate David Chase needing some time off from the grind (after all that's what I'm currently doing), but he has his work cut out for him to uphold the standards of HBO's other programming. The bar has been significantly raised since the last original episode aired. (How long ago was that?)
