Non-smoking Sections

It occurred to me a few days ago that with all the smoking bans restaurant are now free to re-zone their smoking sections. Here's some recommendations for them:
- Cellphone or non-cellphone?
- Bratty, out of control, screaming child (BooCSC) or non-BooCSC?
- Friendly, knowledgeable service (FKS) or non-FKS?
