Seems that the folks at TOPHEAVY Studios (and their distributor, Take Two as well as their game's platform manufacturers, Sony and Microsoft have a fiasco on their hands similar to that of the Girls Gone Wild videos: Underage girl flesh in their video and lack of permissions for some (if not all) video shown. C'mon guys, it's in Photography 101, “You can't use photos or videos of people for commercial purposes without appropriate release or consent.” Oh, and check ID cards for Pete's sake!
