It's on my "must have" list, built by some ex-Palm folks and contains everything but the kitchen sink (and a mobile phone, but I have that covered already).
Folks are compariing it to the N-Gage which is fair in some respects (too high priced to appeal to gamers) but not fair in others (doesn't try to be too much, no phone, etc).
